As a therapist, I take a strengths-based approach to my work with clients, recognizing the unique skills and resources that each individual brings to the therapeutic relationship. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and validated, and where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with empathy and compassion.

At the same time, I also see my role as a therapist as one of gently challenging my clients' thinking and encouraging them to consider new perspectives. I believe that this kind of cognitive flexibility is essential for growth and change, and I strive to help my clients develop the skills they need to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and confidence.

Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to empower my clients to live their best lives, in alignment with their values and goals, and to support them as they work towards greater health, well-being, and fulfillment.

I am passionate about my work as a therapist and have received training in many different areas of therapy. I believe that everyone deserves great therapy, and I am committed to providing my clients with the highest level of care and support.
